Outings and more outings!
Saturday, October 04, 2008 at 1:02 AM
This whole week has been a massive outbreak of outings! Haha. Been out with my classmates, room mates and girlfriends!

Monday -
Out with Ruru, Qian and Ali. We were just chatting about having our drama sessions. I think it's quite impossible though. Each of us are stuck with our own programmes! Anyway, we had a fun outing! :D Catched Bangkok Dangerous. Okok! I know Im slow but.. not bad lah. :) Headed off to Macs to chill and chat when we saw Harald, Sebas and Desmond. They joined us and chat for what seemed like ages man. Ruru left after a while because she wanted to go home. ): Hope to chat more with her soon! Back to Harald, Sebas and Dessy.

They were hanging around for movies but none were to their interest. Harald was as usual la. Tsk tsk, retarded. Haha. Chatted alot. They left and it was down to three of us again. Headed back to TP for the basketball match Sky and team were playing. Sadly, there wasn't any because the other team didn't turn up.

Then the trouble happened. We were just comfortably relaxing, shooting.. when Desmond came to challenge Qian in the 2 pointer zone. Desmond won Qian and soon after, Desmond dislocated and fractured his arm within seconds! It was fast but I caught it all. He wanted to hook on to the metal stand of the basketball board but he slipped his hands and fell straight to the ground, landing with first his palm and then his arm. Ouch! I didn't dare to move and I just sat on my spot. I was just wondering what's the commotion about when everyone crowd around him. There he was, with his arm on the ground, not able to move and the joint immediatly swell! Sky was shouting for a phone to dial for the ambulance. Poor Desmond. Caught up with him in the hospital after he was admitted. He's better now, resting at home. :) Thank God!

Wednesday -
The sentosa outing was inclusive of 7 people -- Nic, Dessy, Sebas, Harald, Bernard, Ali and me. Guess what? Only 4 turned up. The 4 were Sebas, Dessy, Ali and me. Thanks Sebas and Dessy for coming! If they didn't turn up, I think the whole outing WILL be screwed up. Thanks Bernard, Harald and Nic for SLEEPING THROUGH! Lol. Nic just switched off his phone and bernard didn't even call back at all. Well, Harald joined us for dinner. That's better! Haha. Oh, anyway, we played captain's ball, soccer and volleyball. Quite fun though. :) Slacked throughout and tried to get a tan which wasn't really successful. The tan was on my face! Minor one. The sun was just out for hours till around 5pm when it finally surfaced out from the clouds!

There was some commotion around at Sentosa. Oh, I haven't mentioned, we went to Palawan beach. Everywhere is filled up with Indians and more indians. Ok, not indians, but bangladesh-ies. Wooo~ It was flooded with them. Hari Raya, their off day. These bangladesh-ies are really people who are cheeky and persistant. There was this group of people, who had 3 hot babes wearing their bikinis playing volleyball and heading into the sea for a dip. These bangladesh-ies just can't stop staring at them as if they were some celebrities. Ok, their bodies are definitely HOT. But, it was too much. There were kids around and they wouldn't budge. Some started taking it for a free show, standing there to stare. Im sure the girls were fed up.

There was this particular bangladeshi who stood there to take pictures, MANY and wouldn't move even though her guy friends told them to stop taking pictures and go away.

There was another group of girls who couldn't stand another group of bangladesh-ies who wouldn't stop following them to snap pictures of them as well. They were in their bikinis too.

The second group of girls headed to the lifeguard to tell the whole situation to him. He asked them to delete the pictures and scram. As that group of girls were walking over, the first group's guy's friend went over to the lifeguard too, to complain. The lifeguard came and the indian man didn't run. The lifeguard got his phone and checked for the photos. I think there were MANY MANY of them. The matter was blowned up when the girls wanted to pursue the matter, I think. Im not quite sure.. I was about 3m away from them. The rangers of Sentosa came over to bring him to the police. Before that, this bangladesh was crying and begging like nobody's business. Then, one of the guy from the group started scolding him when he got the whole picture. He was away swimming when the other friend reported about the bangladesh. Apparently, he was super fed up with them too. He started scolding him with a lot of vulgarities. Fierce like a blazing sun would burn you. Bangladesh man was really afraid. He begged and hugged the lifeguard, rangers and the fierce friend of the girl's leg. In the end, the bangladesh was brought away by the rangers. Show's over.

I was kind of blur and shocked. Haha. Sebas was also unhappy. Actually, I thought that both sides were in the wrong. But I just thought of it in another way. I was thinking that the girls shouldn't have worn that bikini because they know it will attract men looking towards them. They are sure to encounter such problems. But then, they wanted to get a tan and its not like they are the only ones wearing the bikinis. There are older women in it. The bangladesh-ies around are also too much. It's their holiday, it's like a very rare holiday for them since they had to work almost everyday.. I don't know. They shouldn't be doing such things. The friends of that orange shirt bangladeshi were too much. They left him there to settle things himself. Calling them back for help seemed to be useless because they didn't come back for him. I was sure they were afraid as well.

Anyway, we left at around 6pm and headed to Katong's Astons for dinner. The food's good! :) and definitely not expensive! I couldn't eat much because of the dinner at home so I went for Beefy Jack's Burger instead. The rest got themselves main dishes. Shiok! Slacked outside Katong Mall because they couldn't decide where to go. I was heading home. Sebas started turning crazy, jumping around like he always did, strumming his hands as if he was holding on to a guitar and that he was a rockstar. Haha! Super funny! Dessy and Harald swung him.. I couldn't hold my laughter. The truth is, it was fun, out with them!

Thursday -
The same 3 of us with Jane went to Minds Cafe at Bugis. Thanks Jane for organizing this outing! It was suppose to be a room mates outing! But Joycelyn had work and Gloria didn't turn up because she felt weird. Hope she would join us for the next outing! Anyway, we played lots of boardgames! Great la! Haha. Had Cluedo, True Colours, Ugly, Taboo and more I guess. Can't remember all. So fun! In true colours, we finally have a head of our mo qi(team spirit). Haha. Among us girls, we definitely have a clear and direct decision that were all made having the same thoughts! Haha. Headed to Bugis Food court for dinner. Chatted and slacked. Jane had to go ): Next, we went window shopping and to the basement for some desert. Slacked at a donut outlet which I forgot! The three of us just sat there and slacked till 9pm when Ali's mom came to fetch us home. Thanks Aunty Ivy! It was fun just sitting there to chat with the 2 of them. Feels that my relationship with them has gotten even deeper. AHAHA. Mine's Best! Qian's Friends and Ali's Forever! So cool. That mentions my nick in msn.

Anyway, I can't thank God enough for the grace He has given me. I've slacked so much, not finding a job and wasting much of my time. But He did motivate me many times. Thank You! :) He's just so wonderful.

One more thing, I can't seem to thrust away that anger. There's too much of it in me but it only happens when he's back late and unconscious. I hate the fact, hate the fact that he don't seem to think of us and only himself. Even her, she just cannot understand why I have to talk so rudely to him. But would she ever think from my point of view, of how Im thinking and sick of it? Time will tell. Ahhhhh, Emerlyn shouldn't be pessimistic! That's not in her genes!

Alright, enough of myself. Take care everybody! Holidays are finishing soon. Hope to have an outing with my Tikey soon too. Seems like our group hasn't been having much outings because everybody is so busy. ): See ya'll soon. Ok, now Im agreeing that my blog is like some composition blog.
